@alexjonesrly @GetSpectrum Maybe you should remember to cancel your subscription and return your borrowed equipment before moving. Sounds like it may have been your fault.

@jashblton982 @GetSpectrum Everyone I know who has Spectrum has issues...drop outs, connectivity issues with remote work stations. And Everyone I know who has Frontier has had zero complaints. I know it's not trouble free...nothing is. But from what I hear from people I know...it's far superior.

@TXWorkforce Ive been locked out of my acct since June for supposed ID theft and can't get a call back. The TWC office scanned & uploaded my ID docs then had me sit on hold with the fraud line so I could be hung up on by a call center empl bc no TWC empl was there to answer. HELP

@GetSpectrum I cancelled on 8/29, was informed I had 2 weeks to return equipment (by 9/12), however a FULL monthly payment was taken on 9/9 for service from 8/21-9/20. Why wasnβt I informed to keep my equipment to 9/20. Since you all were going to charge me regardless?

12 days and still not a word about the status of my service from @GetSpectrum. One would think a company with communication as its βmissionβ would actually communicate with its customers.

@Ask_Spectrum not necessary, I am lost to your company as a customer forever on account of how I was treated during my 12- actually now I'm learning 13 months of service. not your fault JB, I'll pay at my convenience

@GetSpectrum In addition to all the obstacles to canceling service, when I do this for a dead family member, you can't/won't terminate on the spot on acct of fraud? Y'all didn't seem give any damns about fraud when I set up the acct.
