Bayview Bungalows
Please follow the rules as outlined below.
No large gatherings or parties allowed per Owners Request, and Air bnb rules.
There is no smoking allowed in the house or anywhere around it where the smell can get into the home. IF THE SMOKE GETS INTO THE HOUSE OR SMOKING IS DONE INSIDE THERE WILL BE A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $1000.00 to pay a restoration company to come out and remove the smell.
No Unregistered guests are allowed to stay the night unless they are added to the booking platform where you made the reservation, and it has been approved by the Host. (This is for insurance purposes).
Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet hours in Bayview are from 11 pm to 8 am.
For Bungalow #3 there is private parking around the back of the home where there is a private entrance. If you are renting Bungalow 1 or 2 the car parking is in front of the units. If you are renting the entire home, you can park in front and in back.
If you are renting Bungalow #3, please do not hang on, jump off of or be reckless around the railings of the deck. Please respect the property like it is your own.
The owner of the property and the Host are not responsible for lost or left items at the property. Please lock up the home when you leave, return the key to the lockbox, and send me a text when you leave.
If there are any issues or you notice any type of damage, please text or call me immediately and I will take care of it. I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are renting Bungalow #3 (top floor) or the entire home, please do not hang on, jump off of or be reckless around the railings of the deck. Please respect the property like it is your own.
